SMB Project Technical Support Engineer

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales technical support, project solutions, installation guidance, and troubleshooting for Uniview surveillance products and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to partners and customers (remote & on-site)
- Configure NVR, IP Cameras, VMS software, and networking devices
- Troubleshoot CCTV system issues (recording, network, remote viewing, etc.)
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical discussions
- Test returned products and identify technical faults
- Coordinate with HQ technical team for escalations
- Prepare basic technical reports and documentation
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Electronics, Networking, or similar
- 1–3 years engineer experience in CCTV / ELV / Networking / IT support
- Knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, routers, and basic networking
- Understanding of IP address, port forwarding, and remote access
- UAE driving license is an advantage
