The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations professional to help architect, scale, and maintain the systems that power our outbound and inbound revenue engine.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and automation. You’ll work closely with the Revenue Director to design and implement workflows that ensure leads are captured, enriched, routed, tracked, and converted efficiently — across multiple channels and tools.

This is a hands‑on, systems‑driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys building clean processes, thinking several steps ahead, and making complex GTM systems feel simple and reliable.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage our CRM infrastructure, with Hub Spot at the center.
  • Architect and maintain end-to-end revenue workflows across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Set up, integrate, and optimize outbound systems at scale, including:
    • Email (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, etc.)
    • Linked In automation (Waalaxy, Meet Alfred, etc.)
    • Telegram outreach (nReach and similar tools)
  • Set up and manage inbound systems, including:
    • Newsletter flows and segmentation
    • Lead capture and routing from website forms
    • Ads, retargeting, and attribution logic (where applicable)
  • Build and maintain automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect systems and eliminate manual work.
  • Ensure all touchpoints, activities, and data flow cleanly into Hub Spot.
  • Design and maintain revenue dashboards (pipeline health, lead sources, conversion rates, outbound performance, etc.).
  • Partner with the Revenue Director to:
    • Plan future‑proof systems
    • Anticipate edge cases
    • Improve scalability and data hygiene
  • Continuously document processes and improve system reliability.
Must Haves
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with CRMs, especially Hub Spot.
  • Proven experience setting up and managing outbound sales systems at scale.
  • Experience with inbound marketing systems (newsletters, forms, ads, retargeting, etc.).
  • Solid working knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, methodical, and systems‑oriented.
  • Ability to see the big picture while still executing at a detailed, technical level.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with clear ownership.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience scraping data or doing light scripting / minor code for lead capture or enrichment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Clearbit, or similar enrichment platforms.
  • Experience working in Web3, fintech, or tech‑native environments.
  • Understanding of outbound deliverability, domain strategy, and data hygiene best practices.
