Innovations Global is seeking an experienced Senior BI & Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions. This role ensures the development of scalable data platforms, insightful dashboards, and a unified 360° view that empowers business decision‑making across the organization.

As a Senior BI & Data Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of data warehousing, BI solutions, and analytics platforms on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models, pipelines, and visualizations. Your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Azure cloud services will support enterprise‑wide analytics while enabling advanced data insights and operational excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic BI initiatives, enhance platform capabilities, and promote a data‑driven culture through user adoption and training.

• Design, implement, and support large‑scale data warehousing solutions
• Architect and manage BI platforms using Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Synapse, ADF, SSIS)
• Develop interactive dashboards and analytics reports using Power BI
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for ETL and data analysis
• Build scalable data pipelines and enterprise‑wide data platforms
• Develop and maintain Customer 360° models for unified business insights
• Conduct user training to drive BI tool adoption and effective utilization
• Identify opportunities for BI/DWH enhancements and new strategic initiatives
• Deliver BI and data projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in data warehousing and BI implementation
• Proven expertise in Power BI development and administration
• Strong understanding of database structures, software design principles, and business processes
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Extensive experience with Azure‑based BI platforms (Fabric, Synapse, ADF, SSIS)
• Ability to architect scalable data platforms for enterprise analytics
• Experience building and maintaining customer 360° solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering BI/data projects

• Experience with data governance and quality frameworks
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation
• Familiarity with ML/AI‑enabled analytics within Azure stack
• Experience integrating data from CRM, ERP, and financial systems
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
