Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Business Analyst, Technical Support
Provide comprehensive support to all business users across ERP modules, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted system operation by assisting in the implementation of additional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionalities, including configuring the distribution module, developing and refining processes, and conducting preventive maintenance to enhance system reliability and facilitating knowledge transfer through pre and post-implementation training, addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
KeyResult Areas
- Provide end to end leadership on new ERP implementation and post-implementation support ensuring alignment with technical and functional business requirements.
- Facilitate business process modelling, and configure ERP to meet operational needs, recommending customizations and Procedural changes as necessary.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to project team members, define authorization profiles, and maintain user-ids, help desk procedures, and provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues and training needs.
- Supervise change control procedures, lead the design and implementation of software security, and support contingency planning to achieve operational resilience, minimize risk, and ensure business continuity.
- Work with the project team to perform customizations and enhancements, from design through development, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that ERP tasks are scheduled, prioritized, and implemented on time and within budget, meeting user needs.
- Continuously evaluate the ERP roadmap updates, including new modules and third-party solutions, and evaluate software upgrades to ensure compatibility of both functional and technical for various departments and end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure a smooth transition to day-to-day operations post-implementation.
a) Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology or equivalent qualification in any other relevant field.
b) ITIL /Project management certification is a plus
Work Experience- 5-10 years' experience in the distribution function
- Preferred 2 years of People Soft / JDE experience covering two full life cycle implementation experience.
Basic knowledge of Database, Network Technology, Programming Languages, Operating Systems, Internet Technology, Quality Management, Change Management etc.
