Your Role

As a Sr. Innovation Specialist, you will

Innovation Delivery & Implementation
  • Lead and own key innovation initiatives with defined objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Translate innovative ideas into executable roadmaps, including pilots, trials, and structured rollout plans.
  • Drive implementation on live projects, working directly with site teams to ensure practicality and adoption.
  • Track and report benefit realization related to cost, time, safety, quality, and sustainability.
  • Standardize successful innovations into policies, procedures, guidelines, or toolkits to enable wider adoption across the business.
Change Management & Adoption
  • Demonstrate strong drive, ownership, and determination to deliver meaningful change across the organization.
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption, including operational, cultural, and process-related challenges.
  • Support teams through change by providing hands-on guidance, tools, and implementation support.
  • Promote an implementation-focused innovation mindset across projects and business units.
  • Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning multiple business units and projects.
  • Generate and support employee engagement in innovation activities across the organization.
  • Facilitate focused innovation workshops, sessions, and working groups to address real operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, information flow, and effective execution of initiatives.
Knowledge Management, Reporting & Promotion
  • Monitor, follow up, and report on innovation activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices for implemented initiatives.
