Principal​/Senior Consultant – Data & AI Interim | UAE Focus | Enterprise Contracts

We are hiring a high-performing 360 contract recruiter to build and scale our Data & AI Interim practice across the UAE.

This is a senior, revenue-generating role for someone already operating at Principal or Senior Consultant level within technology contracting, ideally with exposure to enterprise accounts and complex MSA environments.

You will focus on placing senior Data, AI and Technology professionals into contract and interim mandates across large UAE enterprises, financial institutions and government-backed entities.

Target clients include major technology and investment platforms such as G42, ADQ portfolio companies, Abu Dhabi Energy players, and leading UAE banks.

The focus is high-value, high-margin interim work rather than volume-based contingent staffing.

Typical mandates may include:

• Chief Data Officer (Interim)
• Head of Machine Learning

• 4–8+ years of 360 recruitment experience in technology contracting
• Proven success billing interim / contract revenue in the UAE
• Experience negotiating or contributing to MSAs and framework agreements with enterprise organisations
• Strong understanding of margin management, rate negotiation and contractor economics
• Existing relationships within UAE banks, sovereign-backed entities or large technology platforms
• Commercially confident and comfortable engaging CIOs, CDOs and transformation leaders
