Business Process Automation Specialist; UAEN

The Process Management and Automation Specialist role consists of two key responsibilities
:

• Process Management & Quality
• Process Improvement & Automation

The role focuses on designing, managing, improving, and automating business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience/customer operations

• Review and ensure quality of existing processes
• When a request is received from a department, the specialist gathers requirement
• Clearly documents and articulates end-to-end processes
• Establishes standardized and well-defined process framework

• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and customer experience. Example:
  Replacing customer emails with chatbot solutions where applicable
• Design and implement business process management (BPM) and automation solutions
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing automated processes

• Review existing automations daily, including morning health checks of virtual machines
• Monitor bot performance and identify failures or improvement
• Work on process automation and business process design
• Collaborate with business teams to gather automation requirements
• Prepare Change Requests (CRs) and justifications. Coordinate with the Robotics IT Team for implementation

Bachelor of Science degree in business, computer science or engineering or related fields

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process development and management area.
• Experience in telecommunication industry domain or relevant field is required.
