Founding Associate – Platform & GTM

X is an Applied Venture Lab building execution pathways between leading European university-born startups and the GCC. We work at the post-hackathon, post-incubation stage — turning promising ideas into pilots, partnerships, and real market entry across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

We are hiring one high-ownership founding operator to work directly with the founder in Dubai. This is a front-row seat to building a venture platform from zero to one. You will operate across GTM, distribution, founder engagement, and ecosystem execution, with real responsibility from day one. You will be the bridge between top-tier European founders and GCC stakeholders and help turn strategy into structured execution.

• GTM & Expansion: Develop structured GCC market-entry playbooks for partner startups, identifying decision-makers, pilot pathways and friction points
• Substack Mastery: You will lead our Substack growth. You’ll own the editorial calendar, use Substack’s internal network to drive subscribers, and turn readers into a loyal community.
• Linked In & Social Presence: You will act as a "ghost-writer" and strategist for the avenir
  
  X brand. Your goal is to build high-authority presence through consistent, value-driven Linked In campaigns.
• Structured Pipeline Development: You will build repeatable outreach systems across founders, universities and ecosystem partners — turning cold entry points into qualified conversations.
• Proactive Operations: You don't wait for a Trello board to be updated. You identify bottlenecks in our workflow and fix them before they become problems.
