Project Specialist

Pure Health’s Central Data & Analytics Office delivers group-wide data products, BI solutions, and analytics capabilities that support strategic decision‑making and operational excellence across multiple entities.

We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in managing delivery within data and analytics environments, with strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices.

This role requires the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive structured delivery, and support the scaling of modern delivery frameworks across the CDAO portfolio.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and BI initiatives across Pure Health entities.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Apply hybrid delivery approaches, incorporating Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices where appropriate.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI-related activities, backlog reviews, and delivery standups as relevant.

• Work closely with business leaders, product owners, BI developers, data engineers, and domain teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and achievements clearly to senior leadership.

• Coordinate the work of cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Support the adoption of Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices within the CDAO delivery ecosystem.
• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment across multi-entity teams.

• Maintain RAID logs, project dashboards, and delivery status reports.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure governance alignment.
• Adhere to CDAO delivery standards and reporting frameworks.

• Contribute to the evolution of delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Support the scaling of Agile, Scrum, SAFe-aligned practices such as PI planning readiness, prioritization, and iteration planning.

• Minimum 5 years of project or delivery management experience.
• Experience in data, BI, analytics, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder or multi-entity delivery environments is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting SAFe‑aligned planning cycles (e.g., PI planning).
• Understanding of data and BI workflows (Power BI, data pipelines, SDLC).
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence.

• Excellent communication and articulation with senior stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and structuring skills.
• Ability to bring clarity to evolving requirements and manage multiple tracks effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PRINCE2 are a plus.
