We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Technical SEO, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and will be able to create strategies that drive traffic, generate sales, and boost brand awareness.
Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)- Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and manage ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
- Use data‑driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision‑making.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
- Google Ads Management:
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact search engine rankings.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and on‑page elements for improved SEO performance.
- Implement strategies for improving site speed, mobile usability, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Technical SEO, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
