IT Director

The IT Director is responsible for leading the company's overall technology strategy, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and digital tools effectively support construction operations, project delivery, and business growth. This role oversees IT governance, cybersecurity, systems implementation, and the continuous improvement of technology across office and site environments.

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy aligned with business and project needs.
• Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, hardware, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of construction‑relevant technologies (ERP, project management systems, field mobility tools, asset tracking, etc.).
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, improving productivity across project sites and corporate functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
• Provide technical guidance to senior leadership and support cross‑department collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or similar project‑based industries.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
