As an IT Engineer, you will play an integral part in supporting, maintaining, and securing IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. This role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and providing first-class technical support.

• Infrastructure Support:
  Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
• System Administration:
  Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite, acting as a key point of contact for software and hardware faults.
• Network Maintenance:
  Monitor internet connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure robust network security.
• Documentation & Assets:
  Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and document system configurations and procedures.
• Security:
  Ensure data protection, regular backups, and secure hardware disposal.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  7-10 years in a similar technical role.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient with MS Windows/Office 365, network troubleshooting, and security protocols.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills in English, a strong problem-solving approach, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Certifications:
  
  Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco Certified (CCNA), or ITIL.
