Core Skills & Responsibilities (Must-Have)
- ✔️ Strong experience provisioning and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
- ✔️ Hands‑on expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- ✔️ Experience implementing and managing CI/CD Pipelines using Azure Dev Ops (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Test Plans, Artifacts)
- ✔️ Strong experience in configuration automation and deployment processes
- ✔️ Manage Git repositories and version control strategies
- ✔️ Experience tracking work items and supporting Agile delivery models
- ✔️ Execute automated testing and manage package feeds
- ✔️ Implement real‑time log analysis, monitoring, and observability solutions
- ✔️ Hands‑on experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- ✔️ Experience with monitoring & analytics tools including Grafana, App Dynamics, and Splunk
- ✔️ Provide full‑stack observability for security, compliance, and performance
- ✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in enterprise environments
- ➕ Experience working in regulated/government environments
- ➕ Exposure to security automation and compliance frameworks
- ➕ Experience with large‑scale enterprise Dev Ops transformations
- ➕ Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
