Abode is a boutique, family-office-style real estate firm operating at the top tier of the Dubai market. As we scale our luxury operation, we are building an advanced AI-driven backend to power our sales, marketing, operations and client experience.
We are hiring a senior technical leader to architect and build the full digital ecosystem at Abode — a zero-to-one opportunity to create the systems that will define the future of the company.
This role requires on-site presence in Dubai due to the hands‑on nature of our systems, infrastructure and operational workflows.
What You Will Lead- AI integration across sales, marketing and operations
- End-to-end automation architecture and workflow design
- Whats App systems using Meta-approved platforms
- Website infrastructure, landing pages and digital experience
- API/webhook integrations and orchestration
- IT systems, security governance, access control and uptime
We are seeking a forward-thinking technical leader who brings depth, creativity and strong systems experience.
You Should Be Someone Who- Understands and applies emerging technologies
- Thinks strategically about data, integrations and architecture

- Excels in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Operates with ownership, precision and autonomy
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field preferred
- Advanced certifications in AI, automation or systems integration are an advantage
- Equivalent experience accepted for candidates with a strong track record
- Proven experience building AI-driven systems, automation frameworks and cross-platform integrations
