Overview OfThe Role
- The Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives in alignment with the digital transformation roadmap. The role demands expertise in digital product delivery, agile frameworks, and complex integrations to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expected business outcomes. The role encompasses managing Capex/Opex, vendor budgets, and safeguarding business continuity. Success factors include achieving delivery velocity, stakeholder satisfaction index, and maintaining a low post‑release defect rate.
You Will Do
- Lead the delivery of digitalisation initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data, collections, and omni‑channel experience.
- Implement agile delivery models and manage cross‑functional teams to facilitate agile ceremonies and coaching.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with the target architecture and reduce system duplication.
- Ensure business‑as‑usual (BAU) continuity during transformation projects.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Govern and report project progress through dashboards, maintaining deviation within 5% from the plan.
- Develop and mentor delivery teams, enhancing agile maturity and achieving skill certifications.
- End‑to‑end agile delivery management.
- Cloud (Azure), integration (APIM/microservices), data, and AI enablement.
- Strong stakeholder communication and vendor governance.
- Ability to translate business strategies into executable plans.
- Experience in Core banking, fintech platforms, Full CRM suites and customer experience platforms.
The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or PMP‑Agile; SAFe certification preferred.
- 10+ years in digital transformation and delivery, with at least 5 years in financial services.
- Experience in managing hybrid delivery teams and large multi‑system digital programs.
- Expertise in Azure Dev Ops/JIRA, CI/CD, and release management.
