We are building a market-leading beauty group in Dubai and are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead and scale our digital ecosystem across multiple brands.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven builder — someone deeply experienced within Dubai’s beauty industry and capable of transforming digital platforms into measurable revenue engines.

The Chief Digital Officer will be responsible for driving digital growth, revenue expansion, brand positioning, and team leadership across multiple salon brands within the group.
This role reports directly to the Founder/Owner and carries full accountability for digital revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute digital strategy across 5+ brand accounts
, each with distinct positioning, voice, and KPIs - Oversee and scale the group’s e-commerce and booking platforms
, including online retail, SEO, and conversion optimization - Manage and integrate performance across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and website channels simultaneously
- Build, lead, and mentor a dedicated in-house team (content creator, designer, paid media specialist, etc.)
- Own digital revenue targets — focusing on bookings, retail sales, and growth metrics
- Develop and manage digital budgets, hiring decisions, and performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field
- Meta (Facebook) Media Buying / Planning Certification
- Google Ads & GA4 Certification
- SEO / Digital Analytics Certification
- E-commerce or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Certification
- Minimum 6+ years of digital leadership experience within Dubai’s beauty salon industry
- Master’s degree (MBA, Digital Marketing, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship) — strongly preferred
- Executive leadership programs or digital transformation certifications — advantageous
- Proven track record of building or scaling at least two beauty brands in Dubai
, with measurable results - Experience leading and managing teams of 3–5 members (hiring, training, performance management)
- Strong ability to demonstrate revenue growth (e.g., “Grew digital revenue from X to Y”)
- Expertise managing multi-channel ecosystems simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capability
- Experience building and managing cross-functional digital teams (content, paid media, design, web, CRM)
- Strategic vision with execution capability
- Team building and talent development
- High-level negotiation and vendor management
- Executive reporting and stakeholder communication
- Strong background in:
- Ability to manage substantial marketing budgets with full P&L accountability
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, digital revenue forecasting)
- AED 20,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience and track record)
- Annual performance bonus linked to group revenue growth
- Full leadership authority over digital budgets, hiring, and strategic decisions
- Direct reporting line to ownership with high impact and visibility
