We operate as a family-office style advisory for high-net-worth clients, managing exclusive mandates, POA structures, and controlled off‑market distribution.

As we transition fully to Hub Spot as our operating core, we are seeking a Growth Systems Director to architect and own our CRM, automation, AI workflows, and revenue infrastructure.
This is a systems-first leadership role.

- CRM architecture and custom object design
- Automated seller and buyer funnels
- Whats App API integration and automation
- AI-led qualification and routing logic
- Pipeline automation and deal progression
- Lifecycle staging and behavioural triggers
- Reporting dashboards and revenue attribution
- Governance, documentation, and CRM discipline

It is a revenue systems leadership position.
Key Responsibilities CRM & Infrastructure- Architect Hub Spot to reflect Abode’s operating model
- Build custom pipelines (Seller, Buyer, Exclusive Onboarding, Deal Progression, Completion, Property Management)
- Create structured custom objects (POA Clients, Exclusive Properties, Broker Network, Referrals, Rental Portfolio)
- Maintain scalable and clean data architecture
- Implement structured Whats App automation flows
- Build AI-led lead qualification and scoring systems
- Design triggered workflows for lifecycle progression
- Connect campaigns, landing pages, and attribution tracking
- Develop real-time dashboards for leadership
- Build attribution models across acquisition channels
- Monitor performance, conversion, and velocity metrics
- Deliver structured weekly reporting
- Document workflows and SOPs
- Train internal team in CRM discipline
- Maintain high standards of data integrity
- Build and manage a support team
- 5–8+ years in Rev Ops, CRM Architecture, or Growth Systems
- Advanced hands‑on Hub Spot implementation experience (building from scratch, not template‑only usage)
- Experience integrating Whats App API with CRM systems
- Strong automation logic and workflow design capability
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working directly with founder-level leadership
You naturally prefer dashboards over discussions and structure over noise.
