IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations within the organization.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain office network systems and internet connectivity
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Support email systems and cloud-based applications
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Good understanding of hardware and software installation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical staff
