CRM Administrator – Zoho

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator – Zoho to join our growing real estate team and optimize our CRM processes to support sales and operations. • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM system including modules, workflows, automation, and reports
• Ensure accuracy of buyer data and maintain clean CRM records
• Monitor and update sales pipelines, leads, and deal stages
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for management
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure CRM data integrity
• Identify gaps in CRM processes and implement improvements
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide internal user support
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as CRM Administrator (Zoho experience mandatory)
• Real estate developer experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM automation, workflows, and reporting tools
• Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Immediate joiners preferred
