Wealth Management Application Development Specialist

- Collect and analyse business requirements from clients in the Wealth Management / Private Banking domain.
- Model and document current and future state processes (onboarding, advisory, portfolio management, compliance).
- Define and document functional specifications and integration points with other systems (CRM, trading engines, accounting).
- Configuration & Implementation
- Configure Comarch Wealth Management platform modules to align with business needs.
- Translate business rules into system design elements and ensure accurate system behavior.
- Support development teams by clarifying functional requirements and reviewing technical deliverables.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Create test scenarios based on business flows.
- Client Interaction & Workshops
- Conduct workshops and discussions with business users and stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and consensus building.
- Documentation & Support
- Create and maintain project docs: functional specs, interface definitions, configuration guides.
- Support go-live and post-implementation activities, including functional escalation and optimization.
- Domain & Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Private Banking, and investment products (funds, equities, bonds, derivatives).
- Experience with banking domain processes (advisory, portfolio management, regulatory & compliance flows like MiFID II, AML/KYC).
- Functional & Technical Skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and (where relevant) technical requirements.
- Familiarity with APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and integration basics (REST/SOAP).
- Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, process modelling tools (Visio, draw.io).
- Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Communication
- Excellent English (both written and spoken) for international teams and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
- Experience Level
- Typically several years (3–8+) of combined business analysis, functional consulting, or techno-functional experience, especially in financial tech projects.
