An Ecommerce Executive is a pivotal role within the retail and online sectors, responsible for managing and enhancing online sales and customer experience on an organization’s e‑commerce platforms. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Develop strategies to enhance user experience and customer engagement online.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback through various e‑commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings are optimized with accurate descriptions and visuals.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e‑commerce platforms and online sales channels.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEO techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric approach to service.
- Ability to multitask and manage different projects with excellent time management.
- Technical skills in website management and a basic grasp of HTML/CSS.
