Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in handling software project life cycles within a fast-paced organization.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, Dev Ops) and external stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing web, mobile, and enterprise application projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications (Mandatory).

- Experience working in a software services organization.
- Strong exposure to international clients.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
