• Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
• Trend Micro - Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms, from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
• Sentinel One - End-to-end EDR operations, including agent lifecycle management, threat hunting, and automated remediation.
• Crowd Strike - Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform, ensuring full visibility, threat detection, and incident containment.
• Operational Support:
  Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
• Support the project cycle under guidance:
• Data Gathering & Documentation - Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
• Deployment & Testing - Participate in the configuration and validation of endpoint security policies.
• Handover - Help prepare technical runbooks for customer handover.
• Technical Fundamentals:
  Maintain strong basics and understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and system fundamentals.
• Continuous Learning:
  Demonstrate a willingness to learn and train on new security solutions as market demands evolve.
• Health Checks:
  Perform routine health checks for existing deployments and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
