We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts across our SaaS products and associated brands.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability and a proven track record in driving measurable revenue growth.

The Senior Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.

This is not a social media posting role. We are looking for a performance-driven growth expert who understands SaaS marketing, paid acquisition, analytics, automation, and conversion optimization.

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention)
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.)
• Optimize landing pages and conversion rates (CRO)
• Implement retargeting and lead nurturing systems
• Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
• Monitor and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align growth strategy

• Lead omnichannel digital marketing strategy
• Oversee content strategy aligned with performance goals
• Develop scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, funnels, and messaging
• Strengthen brand positioning and digital presence

• Track KPIs and performance metrics
• Provide structured weekly and monthly performance reports
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance
• Ensure marketing budgets are efficiently allocated

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing
• Proven experience scaling a SaaS product
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated track record with measurable results (case studies required)

• Experience working in AI or tech-driven environments
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with substantial budgets
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
