The Role | 职位简介

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone of our talent growth strategy. You will not just be managing Human Resources processes; you will be optimizing the human capital that drives our investment success. You will focus on building high-performance frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring our team remains as agile and innovative as the global markets we navigate.

Core Responsibilities | 核心职责
  • Performance Management & Goal Alignment 绩效管理与目标对齐
  • Cycle Management:
    Support the end-to-end execution of company performance review cycles. 周期管理:支持公司绩效考核周期的端到端执行,确保管理层和员工拥有顺畅的体验。
  • Strategic Alignment:
    Assist managers in high-level goal setting and ensuring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) alignment. 战略对齐:协助经理进行高层级目标设定,确保目标与关键结果 (OKRs) 与公司的投资里程碑保持一致。
  • Data & Insights:
    Track completion rates, follow up with stakeholders, and consolidate performance data into reports. 数据与洞察:跟踪完成率,与相关人员跟进,并将绩效数据汇总成报告,为人才决策提供支持。
  • Lifecycle Reviews:
    Support probation periods and milestone review process. 生命周期评估:支持试用期考核和里程碑评估流程,确保新员工从第一天起就保持高绩效。
Learning & Development | 学习与发展
  • Program Coordination:
    Organize and facilitate internal training programs tailored for the Venture Capital and Web3 space. 项目协调:组织并推动针对风险投资和 Web3 领域的内部培训计划和专项学习方案。
  • Needs Analysis:
    Partner with team leads to conduct training needs analysis. 需求分析:与团队负责人合作开展培训需求分析,确保团队紧跟行业趋势。
  • Logistics & Tracking:
    Manage training schedules, learning materials, and participant tracking. 后勤与跟踪:管理培训日程、学习材料,并以高度的细致性跟踪参与进度。
  • Growth Pathways:
    Support the design and rollout of onboarding training and structured development pathways. 成长路径:支持入职培训的设计与推广,构建结构化的发展路径,助力员工与公司共同成长。
Program & Process Support | 项目与流程支持
  • Knowledge Management:
    Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all People & Culture processes. 知识管理:为所有人力和文化流程维护清晰、易于访问的文档和指南。
  • Internal Communications:
    Craft professional communications to keep the team informed on performance and learning. 内部沟通:撰写专业的内部通告,确保团队及时了解绩效周期和学习机会。
  • Capability Building:
    Assist in building competency frameworks and support HR projects. 能力建设:协助构建胜任力模型,并支持与人才开发及能力建设相关的各类人力资源项目。
