Position: Marketing Manager (Digital-First + AI Marketing)

Marketing Manager (Digital-First + AI Marketing) – Capital D Studio

You’ll lead the marketing management of Capital D Studio’s digital-first client accounts—primarily social, paid media, e-commerce, and event-led campaigns— with a clear mandate: use AI to move faster, smarter, and cleaner. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and performance. You’ll turn goals into plans, plans into launches, and launches into measurable growth—without compromising premium brand output.

Key Responsibilities
1) Account Leadership & Delivery
  • Own day-to-day management of assigned client accounts: timelines, deliverables, approvals, reporting, and communication.
  • Convert business objectives into clear campaign plans, monthly roadmaps, and weekly priorities.
  • Run meetings with structure and confidence; keep stakeholders aligned and calm.
  • Protect scope and standards—no messy delivery, no blurred expectations.
2) Social Media (Organic)
  • Lead execution of social strategy across Instagram / Tik Tok / Linked In as relevant.
  • Build and manage content calendars (pillars, formats, posting cadence, story plans, community prompts).
  • Brief and coordinate creative teams (copy/design/video) with clear direction and performance intent.
  • Ensure brand tone, visuals, and storytelling are consistently premium and on-brief.
3) Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (required) and Tik Tok/Google where relevant.
  • Build structured testing programs: audiences, creative variants, offers, landing pages, funnel steps.
  • Monitor performance during active pushes; optimize toward CPA/ROAS and agreed KPIs.
  • Partner closely with creative to improve ad outputs through learning loops and iteration.
4) E-commerce Growth (Shopify-first mindset)
  • Support e-commerce accounts with campaign calendars, offer architecture, and conversion-led content.
  • Work with web/dev to improve landing pages and product pages (CRO fundamentals, clarity, flow).
  • Coordinate lifecycle marketing with internal/external support (email/SMS—Klaviyo exposure is a plus).
  • Track weekly sales performance: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention signals.
5) Events & Launch Amplification
  • Build digital-first event marketing plans: teaser → announce → RSVP/ticket push → live coverage → recap.
  • Coordinate influencer/creator participation where relevant (briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals).
  • Ensure content capture is planned and executed properly (shot lists, priority content, real-time needs).
6) AI Marketing & Workflow Automation (Must-Have)
  • Use AI daily to accelerate strategy, production, iteration, and reporting—without losing taste or accuracy.
  • Build and run AI workflows across:
  • Content ideation, caption frameworks, and versioning
  • Paid creative iteration (hooks, angles, offers, A/B variants)
  • Competitive + trend research synthesis into actionable recommendations
  • Reporting automation (insights, learnings, next actions)
  • E-commerce copy support (PDP/landing/email/SMS drafts and improvements)
  • Create prompt systems that protect brand tone and output quality.
  • Document workflows and enable the team to adopt repeatable AI processes.
7) Quality Control & Standards
  • Lead QC across all outputs before they reach the client: clarity, brand alignment, premium finish, performance intent.
  • Maintain disciplined feedback and revision control (structured rounds, clean approvals).
  • Keep delivery tight: on time, on brief, and commercially effective.
8) Reporting, Insights & Optimization
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting that’s decision-oriented: what happened, why, and what we do next.
  • Build dashboards (Looker Studio or platform-native) and maintain clean campaign documentation.
  • Convert insights into actions: creative direction changes, budget shifts, funnel fixes, better offers.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent on-time delivery across accounts with high client confidence.
  • Strong social performance (quality engagement + growth) aligned to brand positioning.
  • Paid media improving through structured testing: stronger CTR/CVR, lower CPA, higher ROAS.
  • E-commerce lift: improved conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase contribution where applicable.
