Overview
We are hiring a CRM Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance across customer lifecycle marketing for a fast-growing, data-driven digital consultancy based in Dubai.
This is not a basic campaign execution role.
This position sits at the centre of growth, working with high-value regional clients, driving retention, automation, and revenue optimisation through intelligent CRM strategy.
You will manage a small team, guide execution, analyse performance deeply, and be client-facing. If you enjoy ownership, analytics, and commercial impact, this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and lead end-to-end CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and automation
- Manage and mentor a small CRM team
- Analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise lifecycle journeys
- Work directly with clients as a strategic advisor
- Build segmentation frameworks and automated flows that drive revenue
- 6–8 years of CRM / lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar
- Deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journeys
- Comfortable managing people and being client-facing
- Strong analytical mindset, confident with data and reporting
- Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Work with major regional and international brands
- Strong analytical depth and real growth exposure
- Clear progression as the function scales
