Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles
, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and multiple external partners to deliver seamless integration solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans
, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Monitor project performance using KPIs and adapt strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal and external parties.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices
, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Manage change requests, escalating issues as necessary while maintaining project scope and objectives.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to SDLC and integration projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- Knows how to manage and monitor software project budget and resource allocations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Certification in PMP
, Prince2
, or Agile methodologies
. - Experience in sectors like IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise solutions
. - Knowledge of relevant integration tools and platforms
. - Monitor burn rate, cost performance (CPI), schedule performance (SPI), and overall ROI; implement cost-control measures and cost-reduction opportunities.
- SAP Project Management experience (planning, governance, and execution of SAP-related initiatives).
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology, SAP Solution Manager, or similar SAP delivery tools
- Retail or E-Commerce experience (online storefronts, POS, order management, payments, fulfillment, digital marketing integrations).
