We are looking for a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join our Product team. This individual will work closely with Product Managers and Analysts to design intuitive and visually compelling product features, as well as optimize existing user journeys to reduce pain points and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user research, wire framing, prototyping, and UI design principles to create seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to understand business goals, user pain points, and feature requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to visualize new product features and enhancements.
- Work on redesigning current product journeys to improve usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure scalability and efficiency in design workflows.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI technologies.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to refine designs iteratively.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel to gather insights and validate design improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
