DevOps​/SRE

Our client is a leading start up quickly becoming a global leader in blockchain powered financial infrastructure and is already one of the largest auditing firms in the Web3 ecosystem. They are seeking a Dev Ops / Site Reliability Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai. The company are aiming to build and secure robust software for modern Web by building next generation decentralised platforms spanning crypto native prediction markets, high performance trading infrastructure, and advanced blockchain scalability solutions.

• Design, implement, and evolve their current SRE foundation
• Reliability for bot driven systems
• Building real time observability
• Automation of deployments
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and participate in post mortems

• 3+ years in SRE / Dev Ops roles supporting complex, distributed, high‑uptime systems.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Deep experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Open Telemetry, etc.).
• Solid scripting/automation ability using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts: nodes, RPCs, mempool behaviour, consensus, L2s, or validator ecosystems.

• Experience operating blockchain nodes (ETH, SOL, L2s, modular chains).
• Exposure to prediction markets, automated trading systems, or MEV‑aware execution.
• Knowledge of Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed data systems.
• Background in security engineering or experience working closely with auditing organisations.
