Key Responsibilities:

End User Support
  • Provide end-to-end IT support (onsite and remote) for employees in Dubai and the Middle East region
  • Responsible for Senior Executive support across the region
  • Handle IT asset allocation and manage lifecycle of IT inventory.
  • Deliver L2 supports requests and incidents, including installation and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software.
  • Handle user problems, conduct end-user trainings, and build SOPs/knowledge bases to improve support efficiency.
Infrastructure Management
  • Lead all aspects of IT infrastructure operations, vendor coordination, and infrastructure reviews.
  • Lead transitions, technology updates, and contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) for asset replacements.
  • Lead small to mid-sized infrastructure projects and ensure operational efficiency through process improvements.
Application Support
  • Provide infrastructure support for applications and projects.
  • Act as SPOC for business-facing technologies (Cloud setup, handheld devices, AR/VR).
  • Support regional and global IT teams to implement enterprise applications, end-user technologies, and global initiatives.
Keys to Success:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • Demonstrable experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs), delivering IT services across diverse geographies.
  • Hands‑on experience handling multi‑site support ensuring standardized IT service delivery.
  • Proven accountability, flexibility, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills across local and global IT teams.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Windows (client/server) and macOS environments, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services for infrastructure, application hosting, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with network administration, enterprise Wi‑Fi management and endpoint connectivity.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom).
