RolePartner directly with the CEO to define, ship, and scale products for stablecoin issuance, liquidity management, and seamless conversion between digital and fiat assets—working cross-functionally with compliance, treasury, and engineering.
What You’ll Own- End-to-end product strategy for stablecoin & on/off-ramp solutions
- Core features for institutional, remittance, and retail access
- Integrations with banks, exchanges, IMTOs, and PSPs
- Regulatory-grade design & settlement flows with compliance/treasury
- Experimentation & continuous improvement via data-led insights
- Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class product team
- 6–10 years in product (fintech/payments/digital assets)
- Hands-on with stable coins, on/off ramps, or cross-border money movement
- Deep understanding of liquidity, compliance, and settlement flows
- Strong grasp of regulatory/risk in fiat-crypto ecosystems
- Proven delivery in fast-paced, founder-led environments
- Custody, wallets, tokenized assets experience
- Partnerships with IMTOs, exchanges, or neobanks
- Shipped/scaled fintech or crypto products in MENA or emerging markets
- DeFi/Web3 infra or bank-grade fintech background
- Founding-level impact in a regulated, high-growth MENA fintech
- Build alongside world-class founders, engineers & investors
