The Solutions Architect will lead the design of secure, scalable, and cloud-first enterprise systems for large digital transformation programs across the GCC. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into robust technical architectures while guiding engineering teams and engaging directly with high-profile clients.

In this hybrid, client-facing role, you will be responsible for architecting complex cloud and integration solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and executive teams to assess requirements, define solution blueprints, and oversee implementation. You will guide the development of microservices, API-led integration frameworks, and enterprise-grade distributed systems. This position requires strong leadership, deep architectural expertise, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both executives and engineering teams.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise digital transformation initiatives in sectors such as fintech, government, and large-scale corporate environments.

• Design and document cloud-first architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Lead enterprise integration initiatives and complex system modernization projects
• Convert business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• Architect and oversee microservices, service meshes, and API-driven platforms
• Establish best practices for reliability, scalability, cloud governance, and Dev Sec Ops
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present solution approaches and architectural recommendations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, cloud security frameworks, and enterprise policies

• 10+ years of experience in software, cloud, or enterprise architecture
• Strong hands‑on cloud expertise and relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect preferred)
• Proven experience with enterprise integrations, API management, and distributed systems
• Background working in fintech, government, or large enterprise environments in the UAE/GCC
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of scalability, performance engineering, and security architectures

• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Familiarity with data platforms, event-driven systems, IAM solutions
• Exposure to digital transformation programs across multiple industries
• Ability to create architectural roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks
