• SharePoint Administration:
  Manage multiple SharePoint farms, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and security compliance. Oversee upgrades, patches.
• IIS Server Management:
  Administer numerous IIS hosting servers, overseeing their performance, security, and maintenance.
• Jira and Confluence Consultancy:
  Provide administration and consultation for Jira and Confluence, ensuring these tools are optimally configured to meet the needs of various teams within the organization.
• Power BI Administration and Data Visualization:
  Oversee Power BI server administration, develop and manage data visualization projects, ensuring accurate and effective representation of data insights.
• SQL Server Management:
  Manage SQL Server environments, ensuring database integrity, performance, and security. Oversee database design, maintenance, and optimization.
• One Drive for Business Management:
  Oversee the administration and management of One Drive for Business, ensuring seamless file storage, sharing, and collaboration across the organization.
• Microsoft 365 Workloads Management:
  Extensive experience in managing Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, and SharePoint Online, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and integration to support organizational productivity and collaboration.

• Technical Leadership:
  Act as a technical leader and advisor, providing guidance on system capabilities and architecture to various stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and business units.
• System Design and Architecture:
  Develop and maintain the overarching system architecture, ensuring it meets current and future business and technology requirements.
• Infrastructure Management:
  Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Compliance and Security:
  Ensure that the system architecture complies with all relevant regulations and security standards.
• Technology Evaluation:
  Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, and suggest integration methods to support business goals.
• Project Management:
  Manage technical projects, setting timelines, and coordinating with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
• Product Release:
  Regularly review completed work and ensure that it meets the acceptance.
• Documentation:
  Maintain and update architecture documents, ensuring they reflect the current and future state of the system architecture.
• Standards and Procedures:
  Establish system architecture design standards, procedures, and methodologies. Promote best practices in architecture and design.
