This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.

Key job responsibilities

• Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities. This will mean you will be monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day. You will be expected to deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with high degree of accuracy. Therefore, you will be required to maintain a high bar on attention to detail, ensuring that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
• You are expected to be flexible to work in different shift structures and your schedule can include Night Shifts and Weekends.

• Collect and analyze data
• Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
• Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.
• Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
• Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 1+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
