Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the IT department’s daily operations, including network, server, and end-user support.

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
