The Senior L3 System Administrator will oversee advanced server, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure operations across on‑premise and Azure environments. This role is responsible for performance diagnostics, lifecycle management, high availability, disaster recovery, and automation initiatives—ensuring enterprise‑grade stability and security across mission‑critical systems.

As a Senior L3 System Administrator, you will lead operational excellence across Windows and Linux servers, Azure cloud workloads, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes/AKS/Open Shift. You’ll be responsible for patching, OS lifecycle management, DR drills, HA validation, and deep troubleshooting at the kernel and Windows internals level. The role demands strong experience with automation through Power Shell or Shell scripting, ITIL process adherence, and cross‑functional collaboration.

This is a senior, hands‑on engineering role designed for a highly technical administrator with a proactive and solution‑driven mindset.

• ✓ Manage hybrid infrastructure operations across on‑prem and Azure cloud platforms.
• ✓ Lead OS patching cycles, lifecycle upgrades, and ensure compliance across systems.
• ✓ Coordinate and execute DR drills, HA testing, and OS migration activities.
• ✓ Perform advanced troubleshooting—Windows internals, kernel‑level diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• ✓ Support AD automation and develop Power Shell/Shell scripts for operational efficiency.
• ✓ Manage container orchestration systems (Kubernetes/AKS/Open Shift).
• ✓ Oversee monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• ✓ Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Access, Configuration).
• ✓ Maintain detailed documentation and support cross‑team technical initiatives.

• ✓ 8+ years of hands‑on system administration experience.
• ✓ Strong proficiency with Windows Server and good working knowledge of Linux.
• ✓ Azure IaaS/PaaS expertise—networking, security, governance, automation.
• ✓ Mandatory Azure Certified Architect credential.
• ✓ Experience managing enterprise servers, containers, and cloud workloads.
• ✓ Solid background in Kubernetes/AKS/Open Shift platforms.
• ✓ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• ✓ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• ✓ Experience with monitoring, backup, and DR solution stacks.
