We are looking for a Vice President of AI to lead the design, delivery, and scale-up of AI at a enterprise organisation here in Dubai.

This role is for a builder
, not a theorist - someone who has taken AI use cases from proof of concept through to real, operational deployment
, with measurable business impact.
- Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases
- Lead AI initiatives from POC to production
- Design and deploy Agentic AI systems that automate workflows and support decision-making
- Lead AI product and engineering teams
- Validate ROI and ensure AI delivers tangible business value
- Senior leadership experience in AI, data, or advanced digital roles
- Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI architectures
- Strong product and engineering leadership capability
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and ROI
Background can be B2B or B2C - impact matters more than industry.
