We combine a user-focused interface with transparent risk management, empowering traders to navigate the fast-moving digital asset markets with confidence. As the Senior BI / BI Lead, you are the chief storyteller of our data.

Your mission is to transform petabytes of raw crypto transactions into a strategic "Command Center" for the leadership team. You will not just build dashboards; you will define the metrics that quantify our success and identify the growth levers that move the market.

• Full-Spectrum Visuals:
  Build comprehensive visual maps across all business domains.
• Executive Cockpit:
  Build core KPI dashboards to monitor lifeline metrics such as User Growth, Net Flow, Open Interest (OI), P&L, and Liquidity Depth.
• Derivatives Specialized Zone:
  Monitor Long/Short ratios, liquidation data, Funding Rate fluctuations, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) user behavior.
• Affiliate & Referral:
  Establish tiered dashboards for partners to track acquisition quality, deposit conversion, and commission ROI.
• Growth & Marketing:
  Visualize the full funnel from Campaign exposure to first trade and quantify marketing effectiveness.
• Metrics Management:
  Define and standardize the metrics used across BI displays.
• Single Truth Alignment:
  Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure BI logic is consistent with underlying models.
• Logic Governance:
  Document and centralize metric definitions to ensure consistent results across metrics.
• Strategic Analysis:
  Conduct deep-dives on business pain points and opportunities.
• Anomaly Detection:
  Identify arbitrage or bonus abuse patterns within marketing campaigns.
• Toolchain & Self-Service:
  Govern BI tools and enable self-service capabilities for Operations and Marketing teams.

• Hard Requirements
  :
  • Crypto Expertise (Mandatory): 3+ years in the crypto industry with deep understanding of Spot, Futures, Margin, Copy Trading, and Rebates.
  • BI Leadership: 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, preferably building an exchange metrics system from 0 to 1.
  • Metric Deconstruction:
    Ability to translate a CEO's vague request into a set of rigorous underlying data points.

• Visualization Tools:
  Proficient in at least two tools among Quick
  
  BI, Superset, Tableau, or Metabase.
• SQL Geek:
  Advanced SQL skills for complex dimensional models and Python (Pandas/Plotly) for advanced analytics.
• AI Augmented:
  Proficient in using AI tools to assist in writing complex queries and validating data cleaning logic.

• Business Translation:
  Excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and technical specifications.
• Decision Support:
  Create visuals that reflect actual problems and support active decision-making.
