Immersive’s Field Marketing Manager - MENA - Dubai, UAE

Immersive is hiring. Could you be our next Field Marketing Manager for MENA?

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and value-driven individual based in Dubai to join our marketing team to build and execute the demand generation plan for the MENA region.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing and will work closely with the global marketing team, while building relationships with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing and the Customer Success team. The Enterprise Sales team will partner with you to design a region-specific marketing strategy including planning, hosting in-person and virtual events (webinars), and building and executing field marketing campaigns to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate growth, and increase brand awareness to drive leads for the MENA region.

Marketing should be built on relationships and value; the best marketers are proactive, customer-focused, and collaborate across teams. This is an opportunity to empower organizations to prove their cyber resilience by simulating real-world threats, testing skills, and measuring performance. You will have the opportunity to shape an emerging industry and market category.

As one of the senior individual contributors in sales, your main responsibilities include (these may evolve as we scale):

  • Support the MENA region by partnering with the sales and business development teams to enable them in the field with webinars, events, executive round tables, lunch & learns, trade shows and partner events
  • Travel to events to provide in-person support when needed
  • Work with the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing on regionalising events and messaging for MENA customers
  • Provide feedback to the product marketing team on what is and isn’t working in the region

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with strong event management skills
  • Time spent as a field marketing manager covering regions in MENA
  • B2B marketing experience and industry knowledge of Technology, SaaS or Cyber
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a remote and geo-disparate marketing and sales team
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, and Allocadia
