Job DescriptionZoho Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One tools. The role focuses on creating efficient workflows, integrations, and automations to enhance business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom modules,fields, workflows, and reports in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Write and optimize Deluge scripts to automateprocesses and create custom functionalities.
- Create custom applications using Zoho Creator toaddress business specific needs.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party toolsusing Zoho APIs, webhooks, and custom REST APIs.
- Build and optimize workflows and automation processes across Zoho applications to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and datacleansing within Zoho platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and security across Zohotools.
- Testdeveloped solutions for functionality, scalability, and performance.
- Debug and resolve issues promptly while maintaining business continuity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needsinto technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers, IT teams, and external vendors for complex projects.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, scripts, and technical processes.
- Train end-users on developed functionalities and solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience in Zoho development,including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One suite.
- Strong experience in Zoho Creator.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integration.
- Hands-on experience with third-party API integration and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of programming languages like React is a plus.
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and custom automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
