Group Information Technology Manager

Overview

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a forward-thinking and passionate Group IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the standards.

• Oversee and manage all IT operations, ensuring seamless technology support across the venue.
• Implement and maintain secure and scalable systems to support business needs and guest expectations.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify tech-driven solutions that improve service delivery and workflow.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of all systems, including POS, AV, network infrastructure, and security.
• Lead IT projects from concept to completion, including upgrades, installations, and integrations.
• Proactively manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with data protection standards.

• Proven experience in IT management within a high-end hospitality or F&B environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of POS systems, networks, AV setups, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with IT governance, licensing, and compliance.
• Flexibility to provide support during evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
