Infopro Learning is seeking a Strategy & Solutions Lead to join us in a full-time, onsite role based in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, solution design, operating model development, and learning innovation within a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment
.
The Strategy & Solutions Lead works closely with senior learning and business leaders to shape how learning operates at scale, while staying close to execution. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys turning strategy into practical models, guiding innovation thoughtfully, and helping organizations embed new ways of working over time.
This is not a purely conceptual or advisory role. It requires sustained onsite presence and hands‑on ownership across strategy, design, and implementation.
What You Will OwnEnterprise Learning Strategy and Advisory
- Partner with senior learning and business leaders to shape learning strategy within a complex enterprise environment
- Provide practical advisory support on learning transformation, capability development, and solution direction
- Support decision‑making with clear analysis, trade‑offs, and recommendations
- Develop roadmaps that connect learning strategy to operational reality
Solution Design and Innovation
- Identify and evaluate learning approaches, technologies, and delivery models that are relevant, scalable, and fit for purpose
- Prioritize innovation efforts based on business value and feasibility
- Lead pilots and exploratory initiatives where appropriate
- Contribute to technology, automation, and AI‑enabled workflows that support learning operations
- Help teams adopt new tools and approaches in a way that is sustainable and grounded in day‑to‑day work
Design Quality and Standards
- Establish and uphold standards for learning design quality across solutions
- Review and challenge learning designs to ensure they are effective, usable, and evidence‑based
- Partner closely with design teams to strengthen consistency and quality
- Coach and support team members to raise overall design capability
Operating Model Design and Embedding
- Own the design and ongoing embedding of the learning operating model within an enterprise environment
- Define service structures, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working
- Design end‑to‑end workflows that connect strategy, design, delivery, and governance
- Create clear documentation such as process maps, RACI models, and operating guidelines
- Ensure the operating model is practical, understood, and used by delivery teams
Workshops, Facilitation, and Alignment
- Lead working sessions and co‑design workshops with enterprise stakeholders and internal teams
- Facilitate conversations that clarify priorities, dependencies, and decision points
- Drive alignment across groups with different perspectives and constraints
- Capture decisions and outcomes clearly so teams can move forward with confidence
Process Design and Adoption
- Design and refine workflows across enterprise learning operations
- Define process standards, quality checks, and performance measures
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or improve how work gets done
- Support adoption of new processes through clear communication and engagement
- Help teams move from current practices to improved, scalable ways of working
Experience
- Approximately 8–12 years of experience in learning strategy, consulting, transformation, or operating model design
- Proven experience working within complex, enterprise learning environments
- Strong background in learning strategy, solution design, and learning operations
- Experience designing operating models, workflows, and processes that teams actually use
- Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders while remaining hands‑on
- Strong facilitation experience leading workshops and alignment sessions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred
This is a UAE-based, full‑time employment role
, with regular onsite presence expected 4 to 5 days per week across enterprise learning operations environments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Frequent local travel between sites is part of normal responsibilities. Physical presence is essential to support alignment, design, and adoption.
