Overview

We’re expanding our Crypto team and are looking for experienced recruitment leaders to help scale the business. This is an opportunity to own your desk, lead senior client relationships, and grow internationally, within a fast-growing company where your impact is immediate and highly visible.

You’ll work with crypto-native and Web3-first businesses across blockchain engineering, infrastructure, DeFi, data, security, and protocol development – helping them solve complex, international hiring challenges.

• Build and grow your own crypto & blockchain client portfolio
• Manage senior client relationships across global markets
• Lead candidate and contractor mapping across multiple geographies
• Advise clients on international hiringand payroll solutions
• Drive business development, negotiations, and account expansion
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions

• Proven recruitment experience within crypto, blockchain, Web3, or adjacent tech markets
• Track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable results
• Strong communication skills (fluent English), commercial mindset, and leadership
• Ability to win and scale accounts from a standing start
• Experience managing international or remote-first hiring projects
• Success across multiple crypto or technical sectors
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
