We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Executive to assist with day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication to support users effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with system access, email setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records
- Escalate technical issues to senior IT staff when required
- Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus compliance
- Communicate clearly with users and document issues and resolutions
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (fresh graduates may apply)
- Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email systems, and networking concepts
- Willingness to learn, flexible, and able to work under guidance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
