We are Business Development Executive who is excited to work in the fast-growing cybersecurity industry and help UAE enterprises adopt emerging next-gen security platforms.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and learn real-world enterprise cybersecurity GTM
, while building pipeline through high-volume outbound calling
, smart follow-ups, and strong meeting-setting.
This is not a passive sales role
.
This role is for someone who loves speaking to customers, handles rejection confidently, and wants to monetize performance through incentives

- Outbound Sales & Pipeline Generation
- Make 40–50 outbound calls per day to CISOs, IT Managers, Head of Security, and IT Directors
- Run email + Linked In outreach to generate qualified meetings
- Identify target accounts and map the right stakeholders
- Qualify leads using key questions (current tool stack, gaps, urgency, timelines)
- Book high-quality meetings for cybersecurity solutions across:
- Email Security (AI-driven phishing/BEC protection)
- SASE / Secure Web Gateway / CASB / ZTNA
- API Security
- Identity & Access Governance (IAG)
- Coordinate with technical team for demos, POCs, and proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions in a simple, business-friendly way
- Follow up consistently until meetings are secured
- Build a strong personal brand and communication style in the cybersecurity domain
Comfortable with cold calling & speaking to enterprise customers daily
Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
High energy, confident, and resilient mindset
Curious and fast learner (you will be trained on emerging products)
Goal-driven and motivated by money + growth
Ready to work in a performance culture (targets + incentives)
Good-to-Have (Preferred)6–24 months experience in B2B tech sales / Inside sales / SDR / BDR
Basic understanding of cybersecurity terms like:
- Phishing/BEC, SOC, SIEM, EDR, SASE, Cloud Security, IAM
- Experience in UAE market / calling UAE enterprises
