We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to design, deploy, and continuously enhance our enterprise network environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in routing and switching, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Unified Communications, while proactively tracking emerging technologies and proposing modern solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, support, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications platforms, including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, and IM & Presence.
- Configure and administer Contact Center solutions such as scripting, CUIC, and Cisco Finesse.
- Deploy and operate Cisco Expressway to enable secure external collaboration.
- Provide administration and ongoing support for Cisco Web Ex collaboration services.
- Integrate, support, and troubleshoot the IMAGICLE suite, including call analytics, recording, and contact management tools.
- Implement and manage Cisco SD-WAN solutions to ensure secure and efficient connectivity across branch locations.
- Configure and optimize Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for authentication, authorization, and network access control.
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco wireless networks using both AireOS and IOS-based controllers.
- Configure and maintain core networking technologies such as VLANs, STP, MPLS, OSPF, 802.1X, MAC filtering, and related protocols.
- Administer firewall infrastructure using Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC).
- Configure, monitor, and maintain site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
- Implement and manage ACLs, security policies, URL filtering, and IPS solutions to strengthen network security.
- Administer F5 application firewall to protect enterprise applications.
- Support guest access solutions using ZAP IN Guest Management System.
- Utilize and manage MARS wallboard applications for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Design and optimize branch-to-branch connectivity over SD-WAN using Internet and MPLS links.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE (mandatory).
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco-based network and unified communication environments.
- Strong foundation in networking concepts, infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and protocols.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-focused environment.
