The Data Analyst will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This role is critical in enabling leadership to make data-driven choices through effective analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

In this role, you will work closely with business and leadership teams to interpret data, build insightful dashboards, and deliver analytical findings that influence operational and strategic outcomes. You will analyze large datasets, maintain data accuracy, and prepare comprehensive reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. The position requires strong technical skills in SQL and Excel, combined with the ability to communicate insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience in the UAE/GCC market is an added advantage, enabling more contextual understanding of regional trends and business drivers.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business and leadership teams.
• Support decision-making by collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

• 3–7 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Ability to interpret data and present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC market (preferred).

• Exposure to predictive analytics or basic statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or cloud data platforms.
• Experience automating reports or building data pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
