The Portfolio Manager will support strategic portfolio reporting, governance, and alignment across multiple teams in a fast-paced agile environment. This role is essential in ensuring visibility, consistency, and data‑driven decision-making across enterprise portfolios.

In this role, you will manage and support portfolio-level reporting, maintain dashboards, and ensure adherence to agile portfolio management practices. You will collaborate closely with PMO, LPM, and cross-functional delivery teams to consolidate data, track KPIs, and enable effective portfolio planning and execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in structured reporting, and familiarity with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks.

You will operate as a connector across teams, driving consistency and alignment—even without direct authority—making this a highly collaborative and impactful role.

• Develop and maintain portfolio reporting dashboards and structured reports.
• Support PMO, LPM, and agile portfolio processes across multiple teams.
• Track portfolio KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Consolidate data from tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy.
• Facilitate consistency in portfolio practices despite diverse team environments.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and prioritization activities across portfolios.

• Experience in portfolio reporting and/or PMO, LPM, or agile portfolio environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe or scaled agile concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, ADO, etc.
• Excellent structured reporting and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Strong influencing and coordination skills without requiring formal authority.

• Experience in enterprise governance frameworks.
• Prior exposure to strategic planning or delivery assurance.
• Ability to create visual dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery metrics and flow indicators.
