Head of Product, AI & LegalTech Solutions

Overview

We're looking for a Russian-speaking product leader to shape strategy and execution for a portfolio of AI and data-driven products. The position offers flexible remote or hybrid options, with compensation tied to performance and KPIs. The focus is on scaling enterprise adoption of AI while ensuring compliance, auditability, and ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps, value propositions, and success metrics.
• Lead delivery of AI-driven products, including RAG, digital tax platforms, and Big Data solutions.
• Build and enforce frameworks for audits, ethics, traceability, and procurement standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, compliance teams, and international collaborators.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, legal, and business groups to align product goals with compliance requirements.
• Spot new opportunities where AI can transform enterprise workflows and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product leadership across AI, regtech, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience creating compliance or legal frameworks for emerging tech.
• Strong skills in prioritization, metrics-driven decision making, and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with other languages as a plus.
